Amanda Williams

I have been practicing yoga for over 30 years, and what began as a vigorous, precise Iyengar practice in my 20s has mellowed into movement that is softer, more somatic and meditative - more suited to the transformative years of my 40s and 50s. It is deeply restorative, releasing and allows me to be the best version of myself.

I have a deep respect for the human body, and the way we can recover and thrive after challenges such as accidents, illness, menopause, separation, and loss. It is my passion to assist women in moving their bodies in a way that makes them feel good, inside and out.

Join me in the garden studio in East Fremantle for nurturing, fun, thoughtful yoga.

'True yoga is not about the shape of your body, but the shape of your life. Yoga is not to be performed; yoga is to be lived. Yoga doesn’t care about what you have been; yoga cares about the person you are becoming.”
